Forms collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone, property address, budget, target neighborhood, timing, daily routines and message. The request also records its page and submission time. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords or loan documents through this website.
How requests are used
Requests are stored in the website's protected inquiry inbox for authorized administrators to review and help respond to your real estate questions. Sending a request does not establish an agency relationship or enroll you in an automatic newsletter. Website hosting and storage services process the information needed to operate the site.
Website activity
The site records actions such as guide views, download clicks, contact clicks and form submissions, including the page and guide involved. These counts help evaluate which information visitors find useful. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session. Google Analytics and Meta advertising tracking are not currently connected.

Home-search links open realtor.com, which operates separately and has its own privacy practices. Source links and Shannon's other website also operate outside this site.
