Diversification. Personal homeownership is essential, but I am also involved in developing new construction and home renovations. Nashville is low on inventory as more and more relocate to our great area, so helping to provide various housing opportunities has been a big part of my focus and building my personal investment portfolio. Taking advantage of Nashville’s short-term rental market by operating a downtown Airbnb as well as owning and managing long term rentals, has helped secure the self-sufficient lifestyle I desire for myself and my clients.
